This document explains the original approved promotional agreement, the painting already performed, the client's requested color change, and the revised contract balance.
The original project included approximately 700 square feet of interior painting in green, together with two decorative limewash walls offered at a special promotional rate.

Both limewash walls were discounted from $980 to $500 each, and an additional $375 first time customer discount was applied to reach the approved $2,200 package.
The approved green finish has already been applied, including the decorative acrylic line detailing requested for the original design.
Following completion of the original green painting, the client requested a lighter wall color throughout the same painting area. This requires a new painting service over the existing finish.

New color application over the previously completed finish.
Neither decorative limewash wall will be performed or charged under the new agreement. The revised contract covers the original completed green painting and the newly requested lighter color painting.

The outstanding balance will be divided into two equal installments.
Due upon approval of the revised contract to reserve the project.
Due when the revised painting work has been completed.
$1,400 previously received + $1,312.50 booking payment + $1,312.50 completion payment = $4,025.00 total contract value.

The new color must be confirmed before purchasing materials. Any additional work outside this scope requires separate approval. Scheduling is subject to building authorization and confirmed booking payment.
This change order supersedes the original promotional scope upon client approval. Previously completed painting is retained as a billed service, while the limewash portion is removed.
