The ceiling covers the same area as your floor — because it sits directly above it. Simple. We use 1.0× your floor sq ft for ceiling pricing.

Baseboards run along the bottom of every wall. The total linear footage around a standard Miami apartment is roughly 0.32× the floor sq ft — about 320 linear feet for a 1,000 sq ft home.

We estimate interior door count based on typical Miami apartment layouts: 1-bed = 7 doors, 2-bed = 9–10 doors, 3-bed = 12+ doors. Each door is priced for both sides. You can always adjust this in the door-count field.

We present the wall surface calculation so you understand your space — but we charge you based on your floor square footage (the number on your lease) because that's what you know without measuring. It keeps pricing transparent and simple.
