Yes. Standard furniture disassembly required for the move and reassembly at the new apartment are included in both moving options.

Only 25% is required to reserve your moving date. Another 25% is due when the service starts and the remaining 50% is due when the agreed scope is completed.

Condominium buildings may require advance work authorization, Certificate of Insurance documentation and workers' compensation documentation before allowing the moving crew to perform the service.

Yes. Based on the proposed schedule, we recommend requesting the service or freight elevator from approximately 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Final availability is controlled by building management.

Move In Ready includes everything in Essential Move, plus three hours with one cleaning professional and TV wall mounting labor. Cleaning can take place while the moving team completes furniture reassembly.

No. The Move In Ready package includes TV wall mounting labor only. The TV bracket, specialty hardware, cable concealment and additional materials are not included unless specifically added to the estimate.

Additional inventory can be accommodated, but it should be disclosed before moving day. Additional furniture, boxes or specialty items may require an adjustment to the estimate.

The estimate assumes normal building access and the agreed elevator reservation. Significant delays caused by building access or elevator availability may require additional labor time.
