No. Most of our clients aren't home during the job. We do a walkthrough with you before we start to agree on scope, then we send daily photo updates throughout the project. At the end, we schedule a final walkthrough with you to inspect everything together. If you can't make it in person, a video call works fine. We don't need you watching over us. We just need you happy at the end.

Yes, and you shouldn't pay everything upfront for any contractor. Our payment structure: $1,000 deposit to lock your start date, 40% of the remaining balance when we start work, and the final 50% only after you've walked through the finished job and approved it. You never pay in full until you're satisfied. We also offer 0% interest financing through Klarna, Afterpay, and Wisetack if you'd prefer to split it into monthly payments.
